Blending sustainable materials, intelligent spatial design, and a refined tropical aesthetic, it is carefully tailored to suit Lombok’s climate, landscape, and cultural character. The Bolon Loft showcases how thoughtfully crafted small-scale architecture can deliver a generous, eco-luxury living experience.

A Philosophy of Calm
The Bolon Loft was envisioned as a modern, sustainable living space where style, comfort, and environmental responsibility work in harmony. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom loft unfolds across three levels, maximising its connection to the surroundings while leaving the natural setting undisturbed. Designed specifically for Lombok’s tropical climate, it blends eco-conscious architecture with refined detailing for a relaxed yet sophisticated island lifestyle.
Flowing with Nature
Spanning 112 sqm of thoughtfully planned indoor–outdoor living, the design includes 66 sqm across the main floor and loft bedroom, an 8 sqm covered deck, and a 46 sqm open living area that flows seamlessly into the landscape. Materials were carefully selected for their durability, sustainability, and ability to age gracefully in a coastal environment.
