Private Villa · Tabanan, Bali · 2025

Cocoa Tree House

A bold expression of contemporary tropical design, set high on a hillside between mountain and sea.

Between the mountains and the sea

Set high on a hillside with sweeping views of the ocean and the Batukaru range, Cocoa Tree House is a bold expression of contemporary tropical design. The home combines natural textures, dramatic volumes, and floor-to-ceiling glass to create a retreat that feels at once grounded in the landscape and open to the horizon.

A family sanctuary

Designed as both a family sanctuary and a statement villa, Cocoa Tree House celebrates Bali’s natural beauty while delivering refined comfort and style.
