Founder & President Director
Nicholas J. Birrell is the founder of Nirvana Islands Group and the guiding force behind its development philosophy.
He is also the founder of Manasara Living Indonesia, Nirvana Islands Group’s flagship residential platform.
As founder of NIG, Nicholas leads a licensed general contracting and development company specialising in:
High-end villas and residential estates
Boutique tourism and hospitality projects
Civil, structural, and MEP engineering coordination
Disciplined construction systems and site delivery
He has overseen the design and construction of numerous luxury projects across Bali and Lombok, working hands-on across financial and technical feasibility, masterplanning, architectural coordination and design, engineering logic, quantity surveying, infrastructure, and subcontractor management, logistics, integration of advanced building technology and more.
This executional depth is embedded directly into every Nirvana Islands and Manasara project — from structural performance and tropical durability to operational logic and lifecycle cost control.
