The Jolopong Villas are contemporary tropical residences that capture the essence of island living. Set harmoniously within their natural surroundings, they pair clean architectural lines with warm, textural finishes to create homes that feel both refined and inviting.
Built for Indonesia’s climate, each villa uses durable, high-quality materials and a design that flows effortlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces. Every element — from the structure to the finest detailing — was considered to ensure lasting beauty, comfort, and a timeless connection to the landscape.
The Jolopong Villas collection was designed as a series of contemporary tropical homes, each tailored to the needs of its residents. Within the development, we delivered a mix of studio villas at 75 sqm, spacious one-bedroom homes of 147 sqm, and generous two-bedroom residences of 182.48 sqm. Each was planned to make the most of indoor–outdoor living, with smart layouts and expansive terraces that balance comfort, privacy, and connection to the surrounding landscape.
Sustainability was central to the design and delivery process. Materials were sourced from eco-friendly, ethically responsible suppliers, ensuring that every element met our standards for environmental performance and long-term durability. Where the location presented logistical challenges, select building components were prepared off-site, allowing for precise quality control while minimising environmental disturbance during assembly.
From the robust structure to the refined finishes, every detail was considered to create a sophisticated and lasting living environment. High-quality timbers, stonework, and fittings were chosen for their resilience in Indonesia’s tropical climate, complemented by a palette of textures and tones that reflect the villa’s island setting. The result is a collection of residences that embody modern tropical luxury, built to endure and designed to inspire.
